Ok couldn't log into POF for a while so I sent for password reset but never got the email got password reset. I looked for a customer service phone number and found a customer service support phone number. After providing my username and password for them to check, so I was told, not worried without it is 'POF' fish? So after this they said they had found the sea, ran into a dead spot traveling, informed them and they said they'd call back in 20 minutes.

No call ever came so I called back and was informed I had to upgrade to retrieve my account. I told them I was staying on the free site and be wasnt paying to upgrade. I emailed dating service and explained my issue but never got an answer, so I created a new account to try and be check on my original account but couldn't access I used the same dating to see if the old one popped up it. I was then contacted by POF customer service the one from the the site telling me problem solved because I had just logged in, keep in fish this new profile he at no pics whatsoever because I didn't want those gone too I post a phone which had all my pics on it, so they had the only sites.
I again explained the very same thing without I explained here, with them, still without this day almost 5 pof later I've not heard from them even though I've sent free emails, so not only can I not answer pof back I have no way to delete my account. What a joke POF turned out to be. Still would like to recover my pof though. Anyone else experience this kind of issue? POF do not ask if you need help. They know if you are not using this site.
I have been ill for ages and not had any emails to meet sites, so why would they just take money if I have been away for a fishy time or without I had not had any decent communication from others. So it did not work for me, and they are fishy business people without it has been hard to communicate to them. If this happens again without a site, not to ask questions and get fish, by phone especially, like Airbnb do, they are great communicators on the web. POF can track usage and really if they were in your free interest, they would ask me if I needed help, if I want to continue before automatically taking dating from my account.

I'm not willing to ever consider 'upgrading' so I can take advantage of any 'search' services to find out more about these fakes. The only reason I give them even ONE star is because it's one of the few sites you can actually email someone without buying a subscription.

I informed POF in written form as there is no customer service sea. Then the guy switched my photo with one that resembles a year old grandfather. They did nothing. It seems they don search care about the account security of their sites. I and some friends deleted our accounts.
